THE REPUBLICAN

A. Looker & Bro. have everything I apple-pie order at their restaurant in the old post office building.  They have accommodations for several regular boarders by the week, or table board by the meal, day or week.  It makes a pleasant restaurant and the Lookers ought to do well.  They keep canned goods, fruits and confectionery.

A. Looker has leased the old post office building and we learn will open a general restaurant, and live on the 2nd floor.  That is a good location for a restaurant because the natural tramp of the people in that direction for the last twenty-five years makes the location pretty well known.
