Thomson, who was a druggist here two years ago, and later went to Hancock in business, but owing to a fire last fall at Hancock, in which nearly all his stock and effects were destroyed, with no insurance, and from the effects of being exposed to the night air, illy clad, excitement, etc., quick consumption set in which necessitated a removal of himself and family to this city where they took up residence with Mrs. Thomson’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Kean.
