            We think they are placing it high but farmers claim that half of the crop of potatoes undug are frosted so as to be unfit for market.  It would be a bonanza for an alcohol plant as frozen potatoes make excellent alcohol.  Why not agitate the erection of a plant here for domestic use?  The refuse and waste of the farm would go a long way in supplying fuel.
