THE
WAUPACA REPUBLICAN October
19, 1906 We think they are placing it high
but farmers claim that half of the crop of potatoes undug are frosted so as to
be unfit for market. It would be a
bonanza for an alcohol plant as frozen potatoes make excellent alcohol. Why not agitate the erection of a plant here
for domestic use? The refuse and waste
of the farm would go a long way in supplying fuel. - Amherst Cor. Stevens Point Journal. |
