Yellowstone Trail Meeting Was Held at Point

Louis Trossen of Marshfield was re-elected Wisconsin executive committeeman of the Yellowstone Trail association at the state meeting held at Stevens Point. Fond du Lac was selected for the state convention in 1925, to be held not later than next Oct. 15. Wisconsin is opposed to cutting down the scope of Yellowstone trail service from its present marking from coast to coast, to a trail that would extend only from Chicago to Yellowstone park. The delegates favored a continuance of the trans-continental trail marking from Boston to Seattle, it was found when the question of curtailment was discussed. Delegates were at Stevens Point from Milwaukee, Eau Claire, Marshfield, Waupaca, Stanley, Hudson and Abbotsford. Wallace Lord attended from Waupaca.
