Signboards along highways are going to have a hard fight for life when the 1923 session of the legislature gets under way. This is indicated by resolutions passed by county boards now in session and by previous action by the legislators. Several county legislative bodies have gone on record as favoring the removal of all signs along state and county highways, and the enactment of a law that will prohibit any further placarding of the roads.
