WAUPACA REPUBLICAN December 14, 1916 EXCHANGED HOTEL FOR FARM Herman Zell New Landlord of the Granite Hotel Frank Murton has traded the Granite Hotel, this city, for an eighty-acre improved farm near Milan to Mr. Herman Zell of the latter place and the transfer of property took place the first of the week. Mr. and Mrs. Zell are earnest people who should make a success of the hotel business, and farming will not be new to Mr. Murton who in going back to the farm is returning to the avocation of his boyhood. We wish both the fullest measure of success in their business in hand. |
