Death of Geo. Lambert

 

            George Lambert, the father of Mrs. S.T. Oborn, died in this city on Wednesday morning.  His age was about seventy and although he had been a resident of Waupaca but several yars, his kind, genial ways had endeared him to all who had the pleasure of his acquaintance.  He had been able to work around the house and store, and enjoyed fair health until early this winter, he seemed to have contracted a cold which brought on rheumatism and a general breaking down of his system.  Deceased was a member of the Odd Fellows’ order and his funeral will take place under the auspices of Waupaca Lodge, on Saturday.
