DEDICATION OF NEW LIBRARY

June 29 and 30 Set as Time of Opening With Appropriate Exercises

Hon. W.H. Hatten Coming.

Our new library will be turned over to the city on next Monday evening.  A cordial invitation is extended to everyone to attend the dedication exercises which will take place at eight o’clock at the Methodist church.  Immediately following the exercises, all will adjourn to the new library, where everyone will have an opportunity of going through the building.  The books have been moved and the library is being settled this week.

June 30th is to be a special children’s day.  It is hoped that every child in the city may be able to attend. The library will be open at two-thirty, when Miss Lutie E.             No books will be exchanged during the opening days, but at two o’clock on Wednesday, July 1st, the library will again be open for the patrons to draw books.  Thereafter until the first of September the library will be open every Saturday, Monday and Wednesday afternoons from two until six, and Saturday evening from seven until nine, and Monday and Wednesday evenings from seven until eight o’clock.
