            It is said that Congressman Davidson is promulgating a plan for the establishment of a marine postal service at the Chain o’ Lakes, especially, for the summer season with all resorts and cottages to be furnished with a twice daily mail and government boat delivery and a collection system in conjunction with the Waupaca P.O., similar to the R.F.D. system.
