New Potato Firm Just Incorporated With Capital Stock of $75,000.

 

            The A.M. Penney Co. has been incorporated with a capital stock of $75,000 and have elected the following officers:

            Pres. - A.M. Penney

            Vice Pres. - E.B. Penney

            Sec. and Treas. - J.F. Jardine

            The new company takes over all the business, and warehouses in Waupaca and other places owned by A.M. Penney and will start out with fresh energy in the business with the opening of the buying and shipping season.
