NOTICE

 

            To all who may be concerned.  Notice is hereby given that the undersigned will apply to the Circuit Court of Waupaca County, on Friday, January 31^st, 18890, at 10 o’clock a.m., at the Court House, in the city of Waupaca, for an order of said court, changing his name from John Henry Riemenschneider to John Henry Schneider, pursuant to the statute in such case made and provided.
