            OBITUARY.

 

            Mrs. Knut Voie of Scandinavia, who has been suffering a bad attack of pneumonia, died Thursday, Jan. 29, at the age of forty-one years, two months and seven days.  The deceased leaves to mourn her loss a sorrowing, kind husband, and nine children, besides an aged mother and one sister. Mrs. Voie was born in Schofield, November 22, 1872, and was married to Knute Voie on May 8, 1891, since which time they have resided at the place of her death.

            The sudden death of Mrs. Knut Voie of Scandinavia January 29^th came as a shock to her family and to her wide circle of friends.  Death was caused by pneumonia, of which she suffered only a few days. Mrs. Voie was a kind and patient woman and will be greatly missed by her many relatives and friends.  She leaves to mourn her loss a husband and nine children, all of whom are at home.  The funeral was held at the Scandinavia U.L. church, Rev. Nelson officiating.  The floral offerings were many and beautiful. The sympathy of the entire community goes to the bereaved family in their sad affliction.
