STUDEBAKER STANDARD SIX IN RECORD RUN
ON RETURN TRIP CAR IS SHOWN IN CHICAGO, MILWAUKEE, WAUPACA
AND OTHER CITIES
While on its return trip, Waupaca people had the opportunity of seeing the highly decorated Studebaker Standard Six Coach which recently made the phenomenal run from San Francisco to New York City, as an advertisement for the picture film entitled "Seven Days", and as an advertisement for the wonderful speed and endurance of the Studebaker car.
The actual driving time occupied in this coast to coast trip was ninety-six hours and fifteen minutes.
While in the city Monday, several pictures of the car were taken and the driver called at the Studebaker Service Station of Godfrey Auto Co. and expressed disappointment at not finding Mr. Godfrey at home. The latter was at Milwaukee and returned with a facsimile of the car that made the phenomenal time on its coast-to-coast trip. Mr. Godfrey has an advertisement in this issue of the County Post.
