City Sets Rental Policy for Hendrickson Center

 

            The Common Council has established a rental policy for the Hendrickson Center building.

            The same rental policy that the city has for the old Armory was adopted.

            It will cost nonprofit groups $10 per hour for rental at the Hendrickson Center and $20 per hour for for-profit groups.

            This policy will be in effect through the end of the current school year or until the Model Train Show is held there during Strawberry Fest.

            The rental policy will be reviewed following the remodeling of the building.
